how do you think about the distribution of 'talent' as it relates to creators? Does the farconomy grow by first getting the head, shoulder or tail of the distribution of known talent? OR should it discover 'new' talent? Patreon has entered the jaws of death having exhausted the head & shoulder.

I don't understand what this chart is showing -- is it that subs are going up, but payouts are flat? I agree with @dwr.eth that FC will have to create new stars (and it has started doing that)
