Much has changed since last Farcon including the price of ETH. Would vote yes on $5k not 10 ETH (out of 25 ish ETH in treasury)

Excellent points. I would love to see this more flushed out. 1000% support Purple supporting FarCon but this is a big hit to the current treasury without enough details.
