Need some tips on confrontation anxiety. I've been dreading a difficult talk I might have soon, and the anxiety just made me procrastinate all evening π There have to be ways to work with it, right? I usually fight anxiety by finding a solution to the problem, but this time I don't see a problem to solve.

Usually it's tied to self-worth. Always a good idea to ask yourself why you feel you don't have the worth to ask for what you want (in general).

Itβs one of those things that tends to get pushed aside. We spend so much time on trying to perfect our argument ahead of time instead of wondering why we feel the need to defend our argument at all.
