I remember reading "The Shining" in high school and being absolutely envious of the whole locked up in a hotel for the winter situation (nevermind all the spooky stuff). I thought how cool it would be to live like that, I would just be on my computer the whole day, with no one to bother me. Fast forward ~17 years, and I'm living this dreamy life (for a week at least) - I'm staying at our country house all alone with 2 dogs, listening to rain cozily patter on the roof, only doing things I love. And now I'm wiser and on the computer only half the time 😆 (The photo is from one of the dog walks, I was trying to capture the sun... What sun??? 😂😂😂)
