First figs of the year for me ✅

I also learned today that every fig basically contains a small wasp that died inside it - it pollinates a fruit from the inside and dies there not being able to get out, also laying eggs there, with the remains absorbed by the fruit 🙈

Thanks! They weren't very sweet, but I like them that way. I think those are just different varieties ☺️
