Ok now this is just ridiculous. Do we really need the repeat of the power badge filter fiasco? 1. 90% of Farcaster users are considered spammy by the system, some of my friends included. They're already suffering enough from this label, and now they basically lose their money because of it too? 2. This looks like a very hasty and haphazard decision. Everyone knows that spam labels are imperfect and discriminating but apparently Degen team didn't?? Where is the tiny bit of research into the topic?? 3. If this system stays, how do I know that a person I'm tipping to is free from this label and will be able to receive my tips? Will they wear a certain badge of shame? πππ The hat still stays on, if there really is a need to implement more control I believe that @jacek & @cadillion can put their heads together and come up with a reasonable, balanced, well researched way to do it and not alienate the whole Degen community, but to educate and guide it instead π©
