Our gourmet neighbour who often invites us to lunch surprised us today with this salad, which consisted of:
- plums
- red onion 
- raw champignons 
- banana 😳

Served with a dollop of mayonnaise.

And surprisingly, the combo was good!   Would you try it?

I would definitely try it, I love unusual flavors, but this one is completely unusual - plums with onions, with mushrooms and banana🫣
