Successful businessmen think they are smart but running a charity is twice as hard as running a business. A business makes its money with its work. A charity doesn't, so it has two jobs, fundraise somehow AND do the work.

Right now I am trying to do both! My hair has gone completely grey in the last 3 years lol.

It seems like the person is talking about multitasking and their hair turning grey. Maybe they are jokingly referring to the stress of trying to do too many things at once.
