How do you prove experience? Of course can sign a message providing they own an address, but any other ways to verify beyond on chain experience?

First thought was parse from LinkedIn but zk style so no one knows the original LinkedIn account. But then I realized it would be very easy to search LinkedIn for the person with the same job as this anon, and reveal their identity. So how do you protect against that?

noxx profile helps create a pseudonymous resume with AI, but the talent can adjust how pseudonymous they want to be if they're working at a small startup, revealing the company name might identify them, but at a large company, the company name, even with their role, likely won't be enough for identification
