gm, coffee casters what is your secret recipe to brew a pour over? here is mine dripper: Kalita Wave 185 beans: 30g for 2 people hot water: 90c(194f), 420ml blooming: 30sec, 60ml water brew time: 3-3:30 min plus: - rinse a paper filter - avoid pouring along the edges of the coffee bed - don't drop the last foam

I used to be more particular about measuring and all that but feel like I have it dialed in pretty well now so I don’t measure anymore and eyeball it.

1zpresso grinder filled to the top of the cross bars. No clue how to specify the grind but set for aero press Heat water to 190 F, 30s bloom in Aeropress with fellow prisma (and a paper filter for the fines), stir and add more water. Press. Top up and enjoy
