What are some properties that a token launch should have for you to consider it ethical / values-aligned and not decrease your excitement for the project?

1. Vesting period is a must; a 4-5 years period and unlock annually 2. Token should have utility 3. At least have a hard cap to encourage early adopter 4. Fair launch/ significant portion will be fairly launch
