Nothing embodies the attitude of capital to me more than what’s happening at Vail

There is no longer a sense that money is earned by providing value. It’s financial engineering and how can I degrade quality while charging the same price. 

Capital will squeeze both customers and labor as hard as they can. In this case, because the customers are rich, it’s turning into a whole thing now
