Currently the model gives some credit based on $Degen balance. 

But think theres probably something cooler we can do w/ tipping. 

Ideas:
1. allowance instead of balance, 
harder to game
2. tip the bot to grow the degen pot
3. tip the bot + someone elses name to build a degen specific trust score

what do yall think?
