As a builder in AI (with Pureflex) this might seem discouraging to read, but to me it's a humbling to know the frontier, it gives perspective and insight on how to navigate what's ahead.

So far my current take on AI as an industry: it's bigger a disruption than the iPhone changing the mobile industry. It will take more than a promising startup to tame this beast.

my intuition is flavors of linux being 6 months behind. hopefully the OS-level takes advantage of longterm storage & 100% offline 3rd-party autonomy.
