reminder that as a builder it is SO important to ship the "barely enough" even if it makes you cringe at yourself and feel embarrassed about putting it out in public because it isn't your highest quality work. as @nonlinear.eth says, "if its too polished, they waited too long to ship". (still cringing though)

I have my own disagreement with this. For a YC style gold rush, finding what works, build fast and ship, pivot and discard if all else fail. For anything else important i.e. Open AI, take your time.

agree, thanks for sharing this perspective. also i am p confident this podcasts falls in the former category and not the latter otherwise that would be a big surprise
