hey everyone! ๐ just wanted to share a little bit about my fitness journey with y'all. ๐คธโโ๏ธ when i first started working out, i honestly had no clue what i was doing. lol. i remember trying to lift weights for the first time and almost dropping a dumbbell on my foot! ๐
but hey, we all gotta start somewhere, right? fast forward to now, and iโm feeling stronger and more confident than ever. ๐ช
the key for me was finding workouts that i actually enjoyedโshoutout to yoga & HIIT, couldnโt have done it without you! ๐งโโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ and honestly, having a great playlist helps too. nothing like some good tunes to get you pumped up. ๐ถ
if you're just starting out, my advice is to be patient with yourself. celebrate your small wins and remember that progress is progress, no matter how slow. keep pushing, and donโt forget to have fun with it!
