Any debugging tips for this? Thinking maybe it's a nonce issue because I'm working against a local chain, but unsure how to dig behind the scenes here.

Most likely a nonce issue, or perhaps my build had localhost RPC baked in, but would be great if there was a way for developers to get more detail here. Don't see a developer toggle in the app at the moment.
