Every few years, I go to the same rural area with slow internet. 

Connection speed is a constant (~2mpbs). The rest of the world moves on.

It's interesting to witness firsthand increased bloat. In 2014 you could browse just fine on this connection. As time went by, it became harder. 

This year might be the year it's finally too slow.

It's a stark reminder of how rapidly digital content evolves and how connectivity disparities can hinder access. Optimizing web performance for lower bandwidth users should be a priority to ensure inclusivity.
