I don’t have the answer but could just be tax inclusive on ios and excluding on web! I am just speculating ‘the why’

Sometimes you can also see all price tiers in subscriptions in settings on ios, if you previously subscribed to an app! That way I find best pricing on utility apps like endel or sleep trackers
