what was Fauci pardoned for? was he charged with anything or just preemptive? if latter, how's that even a thing?

I was wondering the same thing Feels weird to pardon someone who claims to be innocent “just in case” I can understand pardoning your family (and think anyone else would do the same), but this feels different

Why would he need to pardon the lead NIH who handled COVID? Because he’s guilting of creating it! His gain of function research led to COVID. It seems they started with a bio weapons lab in Ukraine which also led to the Ukraine war.
