Even ChatGPT app is not great. It's good because it's simple and it works. But there's so much more it could do.

There is few open source UIs that are really good but there is quite the middleware between the model and the UI that is not trivial and can’t be commoditize easily. Have to higher good backend distributed systems engineers - which X teams lack of.
