80% of the stores closed 

SF never recovered from covid 
anyone that says otherwise is gaslighting

you probably don’t think about liquidity enough // it is what it is  // build value, not valuation

that's why prices refuse to fall 

it just hasn't happened yet

Tbf this is the case for like 80% of non-stripmall malls in North America isn’t it? 

I’m sad about the death of malls because I actually quite like them (occasionally, but definitely more than strip malls.)
