The key question is that: is it gonna happen ? the recession of economy ? For me, the more important quetion should be, if FED cut rates, how it gonna impact the stock price and cryptocurrency price. In short term, there are many important factors that may impact to the price of cryptocurrency. We might run a multiple linear regression to indicate them. However, long-term, end of the tightening monetary policy, and the money will be printed more and more. It is very clear that this will have a great impact on the cash flow to risky assets like cryptocurrency. We also need to count the ETF Bitcoin and Ether, which is significantly beneficial in the long term. Just look at when gold ETF launched in 2003.

almost 100% fed cut rate gonna happen in Sep, however, it is still a question related to the way and why they cut the rates. Perhaps, the economic health of USA is not good at all leading to the cut rate from FED. However, based on the business cycle and also the 4 year cycle of bitcoin and cryptocurrency. I believe that we can still expect a bullish market ahead

After Running the Modern Portfolio Theory, for the only cryptocurrency model. The portfolio with the highest Sharp Ratio is around 60% BTC and 40% ETH. Remember, Sharp Ratio measure the (Expected Return - Risk free rate)/ SD. It is the metric to measure the effectiveness of a portfolio.
