The key question is that: is it gonna happen ? the recession of economy ?
For me, the more important quetion should be, if FED cut rates, how it gonna impact the stock price and cryptocurrency price. 

In short term, there are many important factors that may impact to the price of cryptocurrency. We might run a multiple linear regression to indicate them.

However, long-term, end of the tightening monetary policy, and the money will be printed more and more. It is very clear that this will have a great impact on the cash flow to risky assets like cryptocurrency. We also need to count the ETF Bitcoin and Ether, which is significantly beneficial in the long term. Just look at when gold ETF launched in 2003.
