Need to incentivize people to 1. hold stables 2. spend stables This basically entails a. replacing bank accounts b. replacing credit cards It takes an entire ecosystem to do it, from chains (e.g. @solana) to dApps (e.g. @orca_so) to stable coin providers (e.g. @circle).

I haven’t been able to successfully interact with most frames because I only have a @base and eth mainnet wallet, not @optimism. Eagerly awaiting @solana integration so I can properly enjoy frames.

They implemented 3 major fixes that so far seems to have solved the reliability issues: 1) quic, 2) isolated fee markets, 3) stake-weighted QoS No outages for a bit, but gotta wait for next bull market to be sure.

Thanks! Will read for sure. Solana’s approach to #3 is local fee markets, made possible because of parallelized txns, which in turn is possible because each txn needs to specify exactly where it wants to write to. That’s working out decently so far!

Where can I read more about base’s plan solve 1. Centralized sequencers 2. Fragmented liquidity across L2s 3. Hotspots where one app or mint increases fees for the entire L2

Does “Report Cast” do anything today? I tried reporting a couple of benign posts (sorry!) just to find out and nothing happened. I work on integrity / trust and safety so am curious!
