Number one takeaway from today is that I think the new channel format will actually help communities grow more, not less the biggest concern I had was that it will lead to new fids being seen as “bad users”/ghosts etc - but with proper onboarding the opposite will happen, they instead will want to hang out in specific areas of the network (like ex. /replyguys , /gitgud , /dolphin-zone etc) and from there want to interact with the broader protocol, and as a result have a much lower risk of being seen as bad actors Guessing bad actors via casts is extremely difficult, guessing good actors via vouching (i.e inviting to channels) is much easier imo

this is good to hear. worried about channels like /adventure where i’d like to encourage other ppl to post, and not need to make them jump through hoops to do it. also dont want replies from non-members hidden since it discourages discourse. thx for sharing, we miss ya in the group chat.
