just wondering how do you meditate for an hour? Genuinely curious because I have never tried meditating

set a timer for an hour and meditate i like insight timer but realistically you work your way up to an hour and incorporate different practices into a meditation routine ive kept a meditation practice since junior year of high school, ten years seriously focused on my spiritual / meditative practices starting 2019
