If you want to bulk do more incline press and obviously bench press with heavy weights and low reps, but if you want just to be athletic and fast, do more push-ups like 500 every two days, if you don't use juice which is better choice it's gonna take time, give it a good year of practice and you'll see the change

500 every two days!!! I didn’t build a good foundation when I was in my 20s and 30s and so it feel like a pipe dream to be able to do 500 push ups in two days.
