these two statements conflict with each other

1️⃣ "there are too many engagement farmers!"

2️⃣ "the algorithm needs to be 100% open!"

#1 is a higher priority in the near term and we've made great strides on it, and we continue to work on it

I would like to see that my far score is at a similar level to my openrank, if both are calculated by interaction and engagement, I don't know why my places in each rank are so different. 

I had PB until yesterday, I have decent engagement, good interactions, and my Far Score is not improving.
