Those that do Push Pull splits, do you guys normally do a push day, then immediately follow up with. a pull session next day? Or do you split it up? Quite sore from my push day, mainly focused on upper body because I did a shit ton of cardio.

Ah so 3-4 work outs a week? Seems like a good balance to let body heal. Iām finding it hard to find time to go on off days. So I cram stuff into 2-3 day bursts.
