On the web land is infinite. You can make your own land.

At the very least, move to an internet state that respects property rights (eg. here)

Web land exists on server space, which not everyone has the skill to set up and maintain. Those servers can still go down for a multitude of reasons, but I guess this is where IFPS comes into play as a hedge against such scenarios.
