I actually think Lavine has never been more valuable in the eyes of the league. The return would've been far worse in the past. Injury prone, no defence, onerous contract.

Agree with you about the Bulls FO, but instead for thinking Lavine was going to be the best player on a championship team and giving him a huge contract.

Despite all his weakness, he is a walking bucket and improved significantly this season in terms of decision making. Just being disappointed in terms of the future picks that the bulls got for him, if a bum like Mikal Bridges can fetch 5-6 future picks I believe Lavine should fetch at least 3 future picks. In conclusion, AKME are bad negotiators 🥲
