If you’re a top tier VC, and a founder you invest in resorts to criminality and is convicted of crimes related to the company Theranos, FTX soon: Synapse, Dose etc If the world was perfect that VC should lose their job and VC career imo Just like DUIs — should be a one and done. No second chances

There certainly would be a lot more oversight. Maybe even a daily call from the VC saying "I don't care if you are the founder, you even THINK about doing something illegal, you are getting replaced".
