first, the poidh contract is 100% immutable and onchain BUT we make no promises regarding the frontend

we can nuke illegal+ obviously unethical bounties/claim images immediately if they are uploaded

we can also selectively unpin files from IPFS

so it's an attack vector, but a defensible one
