Heck yeah, that sounds like a great biz. Simple inventory, straightforward menu, etc. 

I've debated opening a breakfast-themed food truck, but can't decide on the menu, truck design, etc. (a hip-hop themed wrap truck called Wrapper's Delight in Nashville is a benchmark). So many cool possibilities but I've never been able to settle on one though. I can't help it; I'm a waffler.

lol well to be fair I usually am too, but this business idea came gift wrapped to me by my cofounder and I basically was like "yeah I'm not doing much in life right now lemme run a waffle truck"
