launch coins based on poidh bounty

say, for instance, there's a 10,000 DEGEN bounty for someone to do a backflip while wearing a top hat

they do it, upload the photo, bounty is confirmed

that automatically triggers a bonding curve "tribute" coin to launch, with the NFT photo as the coin logo

could be fun 📸

exactly! think it's a fun twist to bring more "provenance" and purpose to these coins vs them simply being created out of thin air
