Would love to learn more! I used this cool feature at @vrbs at an event I did recently. Just wasnt live governance. Was after the fact. https://vrbs.build/vrbs/contests/8453/0xa564083cc648a2ebdd0e870333c83f3e664e1086?filter=recent

hey Bob, huge fan! so /poidh (stands for "pics or it didn't happen") is a simply fully onchain bounty/contest platform you can put up some money (the bounty) and then any user can mint their visual "claim" NFT to try to win the prize based on your criteria @jahkay recently did this "best trick" contest that received 20 submissions from a governance angle, poidh is interesting because the bounties can be collaborative you can have, say, 10 people all put in .01 ETH each for a pot of .1 ETH, and then they all get a voting share when deciding what the best trick was happy to chat more if you're interested!

if you're interested in seeing the tricks that were submitted, this is the bounty page: https://poidh.xyz/degen/bounty/392 poidh can't handle videos (all submissions are stored fully onchain and images are decentralized via IPFS, so video would be tough) so instead we simply ask people to link to the video in the text of their NFT submission, and upload a screenshot from the video as their "pic"
