hey Bob, huge fan! so /poidh (stands for "pics or it didn't happen") is a simply fully onchain bounty/contest platform you can put up some money (the bounty) and then any user can mint their visual "claim" NFT to try to win the prize based on your criteria @jahkay recently did this "best trick" contest that received 20 submissions from a governance angle, poidh is interesting because the bounties can be collaborative you can have, say, 10 people all put in .01 ETH each for a pot of .1 ETH, and then they all get a voting share when deciding what the best trick was happy to chat more if you're interested!

That project from the friends of vbrs is also excellent! Maybe my friend @kenny can clarify the doubts you have about what you want to do and if you can achieve it with poidh.
