sorry I realized I read this wrong, was thinking time was 6 minutes for the mile but realized now I was reading pace

I believe this would work out to roughly a 10 minute mile if my math is correct? want to double check

I haven’t run in the last three weeks bc I was sick. It was the first one. I hope I can regain my resistance soon.
