yeah requirements a bit extreme, I'd actually just require 1 note + I don't care about a video (free to include that if ppl want)

leave it open, people can submit claims for a week, let other people add funds, at the end of the week the ppl who added funds discuss which claim is the best and choose it for the grand prize

left is more accessible IMO, people w/o kids won't necessarily have sidewalk chalk. I would do 3-5 notes instead of 5-10 though
