anyone know why the poidh RPC on Base would be returning "http request failed" only for users in Nigeria? US users seem to be fine, but have had a ton of issues with Nigerian users not being able to submit a transaction

ahh understood, yeah I had to switch our entire RPC over to an Alchemy one from our CDP one to be able to let Nigeria frens submit claims again
