yeah I just don't care about the algo stablecoins because:

a) like you said, heavy reliance on centralized stablecoins / trusted 3rd parties

b) the goal here is replace government money...I just don't give af about trying to bring government money "on the blockchain"

Totally true! This brings us to trusting algorithmic stablecoins. But, you know, most of them still lean on centralized stablecoins to keep things stable.
