For the people that want to know about Tsundoku… Tsundoku is pretty much the act of acquiring books without the action or desire to actually read them, collecting dust. It derives from a play on words from 積んどく (Tsundoku) which means to load. To read a book is 読書 (Dokusho) As Japanese love to abbreviate or coin a term, it’s thought that they combined the two and created the term 積読(Tsundoku)
