This book was given to me 10+ years ago now. It has a CD that you can download the patterns from. I'll post a few pics of the inside of the book below.

Yeah, I remember when it was given to me, thinking about how strange it was that someone published that book and included a CD-ROM at the very end of their lifecycle. I found it in a box of stuff I haven't opened since 2012 and realised it's a pretty fascinating relic.
