Beautiful selection! We must be in similar zones; I’m growing a lot of the same. Hoop house is a great idea. I haven’t used one before, but it seems like it would help keep pests (including 🦌) and severe weather damage at bay. Have you noticed a significant difference in the end crop between using a hoop house and not?

Definitely notice a difference. A hoop House it great for germinating seeds and for young plants. Creates a sub tropical type environment. Eventually the plants will get too large to close the hoop house lid but at that point it won't be needed, I completely remove it then put a trellis towards the back for the plants to climb.
