If you're feed quality is suffering from spammy or low-quality casts:

1. Where does this manifest? Trending? Recasts in your home feed? Recommendations from channels in your home feed? etc.

2. Are you unfollowing people? If so, is it still breaking through?

I find this leads me to just browse and interact in more specific (smaller) channels 

to large extent it’s prob a function of where user growth is coming from, so might help to focus invites in high quality communities as much as possible
