This is the rarely-expressed exact opposite of DST abolition: literally do micro-DST every single day to keep local time adjusted to sunrise (though I would just do sunrise = 0:00). I actually... kinda respect it? Some precedent in ancient chinese timekeeping:

to me old school are using to peer-reviewed journals for statistics or academic resources. imo wikipedia is corruptable and edited inaccurately whether on purpose or not. for me i would never rely on chapgpt for any type of educational or statisically info."old school" is all relative i guess. i remember microfiche lol

or if i did use chatgpt i would cross reference the material to make sure it is legit. at least for now. i imagine it will only get more more better and more accurate. scary imo!!
