has that model of change just been invalidated entirely?

i’m pretty okay with this. i wish there were a few more public good ai assistants though. not “social good” just useful low hanging fruit

Not sure if this is along the same lines of what you are thinking but I have wondered how to do subscription sharing or how to socialize costs through libraries so at least everyone could have access to the most powerful models even if they are poor
