I like how you guys are all arguing about this It’s pure and earnest, working in crypto and caring about users and product when all you have to do — all you can do — is drop a token People do not care about anything except if they can make a buck These debates only apply to real world products

oh, so true! but I'd say MOST of the ppl don't care about anything else. some, 1-5% would also love to see something useful getting built in the space. tbh, after 7 years in crypto I'm starting to put many prjs in the BS category from the start...

I find that “wanting to see something useful get built” usually is a phase a builder enters into after they’ve made a bag doing something else (crypto natively like Hayden/Vitalik or via fat web2 FAANG paychecks)

oh, that's a great topic! but that's always the "easy" way to do it. when you got everything covered and no worries about tmrw's rent $$$. but do you still have the "flame" in this situation? are you still "hungry" or "foolish"? idk btw, iirw Vitalik was manifesting crypto (BTC) a long time before ETH got to success
