The difference between being active and holding tokens you get as a result of activity feels like a nit to me. As long as $DEGEN or $MOXIE are included in these airdrops I think it’s basically same thing

That's partially why I find it frustrating, why couldn't the messaging have been around participating and holding Farcaster native tokens (which people obviously get more exposure to by being active on here) Just take a look at the replies to the tweet, there are TONS of people asking about why they didn't qualify for "just being active" or saying that it's a lie. What happens if larger accounts start posting about how Farcaster is lying about people getting airdrops JUST for being active too? Is the potential negative pr really worth it? https://x.com/farcaster_xyz/status/1884101198376235360
